About
A shop built around hot water
Mariah Norman runs the shop. Most of what we do is tankless heaters: installing them, and flushing them on a schedule so hard water doesn't scale them up.
We're eight people and two descaling trucks, working out of Rio Rancho. We do the rest of plumbing too, but hot water is what we plan our days around.

How we work
Three habits you can hold us to
The number comes first
Every install and repair is quoted in writing before work starts, and we stop and re-quote if something new turns up.
Texts, not surprises
We text when we're booking, when we're on the way and when the visit is done, with a note of what we found.
Spanish when you want it
Cruz Marquez speaks Spanish. Say so when you book and we send him when the schedule allows. Not every technician speaks it.
